Not when its taken up by cushions.

I'm not suggesting that it isn't more comfortable, just that it isn't larger.

Comfort is more about configuration than space.

BTW: Who cares how comfortable the back seat is? Not like YOU will be sitting there...

Cause I don't like to hear passengers whine the whole time or have to keep my seat forward so a normal sized human being can actually fit in the back (plus car seats for those with young kids).

hmmmm I've owned an AC and I have to say there is MUCH more room in the DC, you have more compartments and better seating. And if you need more space to haul something fold the seats down :D

Went from an 06' AC 4x4 to a 09' DCSB Prerunner: The DCSB bed is too small IMO and the AC has plenty cab room if you don't plan on hauling people/kids around regularly and for long distances. The DCLB seems like a good blend except for its increased weight and decreased turning radius. Thought I'd like the DCSB better than my previous AC but I was wrong. Mainly because I utilize the bed more than driving a "crew" around. The DCSB does have better seats and more cab space but is similar in actual cargo volume of the AC because the DC back seats take up a lot of the interior cargo room. The AC suicide doors are great for access just as long as your not in a tight parking space. Also, seems like everyone (here in Hawaii) has a DCSB. Hope this helps your decision
