Rio wouldn't have been my first choice but that is just my opinion, the important thing is nobody got hurt and you get you're truck back in one piece or it gets replaced.:)

That was going to be my next question did anyone get hurt? Hopefully it was there was nobody on the side walk.

Never. I overgrease them until the bushings start pushing out ever so slightly. Then take a 5 mile drive to warm it up. When I get back home I insert a small allen key into the Zerk and release the added pressure.

Are you lubing your balls? Mine squeak like crazy without some lube. :D

That's the place that wanted me to pay $60 for borrowing a lock nut key in their parking lot. IMO your crazy if you didn't yank off 1/2 your crap and going in for 'warranty' work. Better pray they don't red flag you like Josh.

No need to loosen. See above. Did you grease them when you installed them?

that blows man. Sorry for your loss. Stupid drunks.

lolz.... hope he got the shit kicked out of him

lol... this is the place that was to do my oil change the 'one' time I bring it in because it was freezing and raining out. I had the case of Mobil-1 sitting on the passenger seat along with a filter. Work order said "use customer supplied oil and filter on passenger seat". I got in my truck and guess what? They changed it with conventional.

    Derp.

Good sales team. Bad service techs. Should of had me ask Dave with the 4 Runner who is good. Pretty sure Holman is one of the best.

Yea you're right ... This is what's wrong with America... The big companies don't care about their customers enough to help them when there are problems. I was forced to sue them for not building a quality piece of equipment and not warrantying their vehicle.

    And there's no "- $1000" I got $2250 bitch

I did grease the bushing a little when I it them together on the UCAs and hit them with the grease gun when I installed them on the truck. The bushings did bulge a little bit. I am going try running it and release some of the pressure like you suggested because you can see some grease between the bushing and the washer. I have been hitting the balls with some tri flow frequently. But I have notice it has been squeaking more frequently since I been back from Florida and the truck was sitting for about a week. When I clean the truck I usually spray Simple Green under wheel wells and I am now starting to think that may be removing the tri flow lube and I notice this morning when I was backing out of my drive way I was stopped and when I turned the wheel it made the squeaking noise so now I am thinking it may be the balls making the noise and not the bushing. I thing I am going to grease the balls and see if that fixes the noise.

His fee is in addition to my settlement.

Snorkel is personal preference. Don't install one if you don't want one.

And show me a single piece of evidence that it is for water. It is a cold air intake that takes air from the top of the windshield instead of the other brands that mount behind the grille.
