Yeah I didn't hear the squeak on the turn until this morning on my way in to work and the bushings look fine so I am thinking the balls need some greasing. :D

    lol

Should of smeared the hell out of them before install. This is typically an issue when squeaking. Since that's the case I guess it wouldn't hurt to loosen the bolts and squirt away until it's coming out from the sides. Don;t be worried should it squirt during normal filling either.

wouldn't that $$$ go towards not being able to use 4x4 all summer?

Where is the step for shitting on their showroom floor? :D

I don't doubt that, but I probably do more actual work in one week than you do in a year.

Ready for another ass whooping? :infantry:

Thanks Boyd, I have the tri flow in the truck so I am going to give them a squirt and I'll see if that help makes a difference on my way home from work and tomorrow I am going to grease up the bushing and possibly remove the diff drop while I am toying with everything else.

Wtf does this mean? I already explained to you that I don't have to give the lawyer anything. He collects his fee in addition to my settlement. My $2250 is buying me a winch, rear bumper, and a new front diff actuator.

Yea it was so nice and quiet that week you were away on couples retreat with Brian ...

Over a year I had to deal with that shit. Almost got stranded in vt last winter because I didn't have 4x4

Would've ruined your whole winter and summer...

My new actuator will be here tomorrow...

Ill see to it that you lose... Again....

What was the reason for not covering the diff seal or the actuator?

"Diff actuator vent"? Is that something that's supposed to be connected to that hole and is causing the problem? Seems like a poor design if a bent bracket disconnects a vital vent.
