    tell them the nuts on wrong on the ball joint because the bottom plate is not sitting t=in the groove

    Yep, ball joint 180 off, round edge should point towards motor.........and the ball joint is too long like that, not the UCA, lol.

    Ya I drove like 1 mile down the street back to them and then left it there for the night. I honestly have had the worst luck with this truck so far. He said 'we do about 2-3 a month so we know what we are doing". Obviously not

    yea thats what they told me to...and i brought them the uca's in the box to show them days before i had them trn an alingment
    sure is that little ring on the top faces down and locks into the washer....as seen in my pics
