9100 4 tube bypasses. I have a gallon of oil and the retrofit shaft seal for them.
As soon as my truck is rolling again :burnrubber:

My bad Chris that would have been much easyier to just text you. Now hopefully I can get some progress done. I like your bedcage that you had made. It gives the truck a new look. How much did that run?

I fitted the front hangers and made gussets for them. They are not the prettiest welds but they are strong. I Also finished boxing the rear portion. Still debating how I want the rest of the cross members.

    Thanks Anthony.
So i was mocking up the rear hangers today and i noticed that about the last 6 inches of the frame are twisted. but just the last portion. I wonder if that was from towing with my high clearance tow hitch.

Mine was slightly twisted the other direction I had to space it out a 1/16th on one side and 3/32ds on the other to get them squared up

I noticed the part number on the wrong end lol

I can't seem to the the rear width matched with the front hanger width. It about and 1/8 of from being equal with the front. Since the frame dove tails i can't get the front of the rear hanger to come in more. The rear portion of the rear hanger is perfect though. I hope that make sense lol

1/8" per side or total? You can gap it slightly or plate that section if it's 1/8" per side.

P.S. fuuuck this frame the dove tail is very annoying and it affects the swing on the shackles if you don't get it perfect

1/8" total. Its the front portion of the hanger that needs to be narrower

You just taught me a lesson I will never forget. Naw those are the old ones from the richer racing set up. I am in the process of cutting them off.
