Hmm wonder if that's what the damage is on my Tacoma.

I don't know why ya'll get so butthurt, like he somehow slighted your Tacomas. I don't know who the guy is, he didn't hurt my feelings, and I don't care about Frontiers either so I wouldn't have replied at all, except to say this.

    You mean like:

"Well TW has been a great sight and the Taco was a great truck. Have no bad issues with the Taco and nothing bad to say about it... I still think the 4 cly taco motor is the best their is...Hope to see you guys out on the trail."

Obviously, he pointed out the areas he felt the Tacoma was lacking, and why he justified his purchase. Good for him. I guess I don't see what everyone gets so offended. Who cares what he thinks about our trucks? If he likes the Frontier for different reasons, that in no way affects how I feel about my truck or my "pride" towards it.

Just seems like a lot of butt-hurt and inferiority complex in this (and all goodbye) threads. Like everyone is personally hurt by someone selling his Tacoma because he thought a rival product fit his needs better. Everyone here is proud of their trucks, and rightfully so. Just comes off slightly pathetic when people bash someone for leaving when it shouldn't affect them at all, that's all I'm saying.

    LOL come again?

Frontiers have the same 5/6 speed manual and 5 speed auto options as the Tacoma, unless I missed some major (and incredibly stupid) move by Nissan.

I could care less what someone gets. I think people just have that reaction because he did it for retarded reasons. If he just said I like the Frontier better I think it would be a little less of an issue. Seeing as no one has actually really broken a frame here nor broken their bed without really trying and the fact the Frontier frames have some issues shows he was just basing all of this on theory without actually doing any research.

And yea as mentioned above, no CVT in any of their truck applications.

    oh yes.

there are many. from #1 to #9. including a #2.5...3.5...

there are also "B"..."H"..."S"...desinations. Black, Hard, Soft.

usually the higher the number the harder the lead...for a finer line.

yeah, I was going to be an architect before computers and auto CAD. when everything was hand drawn. But I became a home builder instead...but I did still hand draw many of the homes I built...just because I enjoy it.
