So first my 5100s are seized to the LCA bolt. Figured I'd remove the LCA and work with a grinder. Come to find the adjustment bolts are seized on the LCA. So an alignment is out of the question after the lift is installed. What's the best solution?

Well... either cut them out and replace the LCA bushings and bolts, or buy new LCA's that come with new bushings and ball joints already installed. Camelback has new LCA's for around $260/ea and then you'd need to buy all the hardware. They also have the bushings and hardware if you want to go that route. Check out XXXX's LCA bushing replacement thread or my LCA Question thread. This past summer, I replaced the bushings in my LCA's so feel free to ask if you have any questions about the process. My LCA bushing thread has a required parts list also.

Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster. The problem is the bushings rust to the LCA and the bolts rust to the inside of the bushing. Soaking them might work but I wouldn't count on it. Toyota, for some reason, does not apply neverseize or grease when these parts were assembled.

Not that you can see but I was hitting the bolt on the opposite side of the mount with a.... Mallet.... :-/ ...... Appears to "maybe" be some hairline paint fractures. Do I need to be concerned with structural integrity?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348711219.817883.jpg edit* and that was the one side that I DID beat out.

If it's just cracked paint then there's no issue with structural integrity. If you have cracks in the metal, then I'd be concerned and either have them rewelded or replaced.
