Hey guys, new here but my brother has an xterra and knows his stuff, he just doesnt know much about the tacomas and how much u can get away with.

Right now I have a 2008 Taco with an access cab and I have a 1.5 inch spacer on the front with a 1" block on the back. It came on the truck.

Im looking at getting a Demello Front bumper and looking to have it at a 2 inch lift on the front with the bumper. Will be raising the back but not concerned about it right now.

I can go one of two ways in the front. Spacer or longer coilovers. Spacers arent as good but I will not be going out and hitting trails and climbing alot.

Best solution for the best price keep in mind.

    Questions he has:

How much lift can u put on the front without coilbucket contact with the stock upper control arms? Whether its new coilovers or spacers

Do u have to extended the brake lines in the front at all for this much of a lift?

Swaybar relocation brackets as well im guessing?

And also I know I would have to get an alignment as well.

Anything more than 3" you'll definitely want extended brake lines.. 4"+ is when you start getting into new UCAs and whatnot.. Also, if you're getting the Demello bumper, you're gonna want a better suspension upgrade than a spacer lift up front in order to handle the weight

OME 886 coils and OME N140 shocks? $450, worth it imo. don't know if you could get away with 885 coils. someone with experience can help you there.

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
You'd be fine clearing 285s with just 885x's on OME struts and OME shocks with an AAL. When you do purchase your lift, don't get a "Diff Drop"
