    Tomorrow night is a big cooking night for me. I am doing a dinner for some of the family.......... about 14 adults and 10 kids. I am doing stuffed filet mignon,smoked ribs and smoked ribeye with braised cabbage. I will start cooking tomorrow morning after I get back from work. Pics this time I swear!!!!

    Probably $250 for the food. The filet and ribeyes were $100 alone. I hope it comes out good. The filet I am making for a baptism I am catering next month for around 40 ppl so it is like a taste tester for my sis, if she likes it I make it for her party.

    Smoked some ribs.... these got a little extra on them with a basting of Sweet Baby Rays that I doctored up a bit with some special ingredients....

    Here is a 2 lb slam of boneless ribeye that I smoked for 4 hours. This was absolutely delicious.....

    I am definitely going to smoke some more ribeyes.... this is the second one I have smoked wayyyyyy better then the other one!!!!
