If all you are doing is installing a muffler, nothing custom and want to stay local just go to express muffler in Kearny. If people want custom stuff then Ed Hanson is the guy

I didnt realize this. I had 2 cars worked on by him. 1 the same day I brought it in. The 2nd the day after I talked to him cuz he had to order the muffler... Makes me angry though that I recommended him if thats what he does to others.

I tried looking up express muffler in Kearny Mesa but it looks like they might have moved out to Santee, but I could be wrong.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations, I'm going to call around today to get some quotes.

A homicide detective is sent to any shooting that may result in a fatality. They go collect evidence just incase someone dies at the hospital as a result of the shooting. Especially if two officers were shot.

I called around today and everyone seems to be in the $80-100 price range. Maybe I heard wrong, but I thought it usually cost around $40-60 to just get a new muffler welded on. I rather save a little money and get some new spindles, instead of having to fork out $100 for 30 min of labor.

Might give ASC a shot- they aren't the cheapest around, but they do incredible work.

Hit me up, I can do it cheaper than that if your willing to drive to Vista and hang out while I do it for you.
However I am going to Havasu tonight till Monday so I am available after that if that is a possibility for ya.

I will PM you my number in case your interested, at least another option.

On another note I got a buddy nicknamed "The Colonel" (Yancy) that lives in Carlsbad thats been doing surf photography for over 20 years, you may know him since you two are in the same field...

Fuck true line in El Cajon....Took my truck back in to get the uca's taken care of, and pretty much got told they werent rubbing on the tire and they couldnt do anything. I pointed out were it was rubbing and showed them the passenger side, and finally got the guy to do something. All I got was attitude and a couple dudes that didnt want to do work. This is what they did. Looks exactly the same as before. I asked the guy what he did and he said he moved it about 1.5 degrees. Its still to close and is going to rub

Thanks for the offer, wish I would have seen this earlier. I ended up getting it installed at Dualtone Muffler for $90, would have loved to hang out with some fellow members and talk trucks.

Do you ever go out to the M.O.R.E. races?
