    Roads are great, i took a "short cut" through the Nass Valley and the road to Kitsault 50km of freshly graded gravel. Paved the whole way till I got just outside of Hyder driving up to the glacier. They were rutted, but drivable. Just had to go slow as it was extremely foggy with blind corners and 3000ft drop off on one side of the road!
