I ordered last Wednesday and I have not received any email or phone call from them at all and I told them I would pick up from there Cali location. They told me they would be ready 7-10 days so should I be worried or should I just wait it out?? They did however charged my card tho...

 

Why don't you call them? I got concerned too because I didn't get an email so I called. They were very nice about it. He apologized and said I should be getting an email. When I checked later, I had THREE emails from three different people. That was yesterday. Today mine apparently was picked up from WO.

Dang they have amazing service!

BTW - I Talked to SERGIO - he took my order. No email receipt yet and he did NOT ask me for my TW handle so if you missed out on sign up I would recommend calling WO and telling them that you are with TW and part of the group buy - they are ALL familiar with it ;-)

Yeah, the chick asked me for the name and forum name, but I am not holding my breathe for that email... LOL I will probably get a tracking email the day the UPS guy drops them bad boys off at the house.

Just called and added my email address to my order so that I will receive the tracking information. Very quick and easy call. Great customer service throughout the order process. I hope I'm as happy with the covers as I have been so far!

Just curious from those who have installed them... do you have an average intallation time if you are doing them yourselves? Front and back...

 

I don't think anyone on the gb got theirs yet.

 

I really don't have an exact time, but will just say plan for at least a couple of hours. You could install faster I suppose, but just plan for at least 2 hours if you are doing front and backs.

Take your time and do it right. Pay extra attention to how you do the fronts to make sure don't run the under seat staps through the slider rails in a way they could be cut if you move the front seats back and forth. Some recommend removing/unbolting the front seats to help make it easier. I did not.

They do fit pretty snug on all seats/headrests. The stitches in the seams could stretch/break if you try to muscle/force them on. Take your time to slowly work everything in to place. The included instuctions are pretty good IMO so make sure you read those

I know a lot of this doesn't include a lot of specifics (by the numbers) or may seem fairly obvious to some, but just trying to help.

 

Jesse it sounds like they stick to the seats pretty good? Not easy to slide on, I suppose.

 

They fit extremely well. Very tight and that is why I said to take your time pulling them over the seats on the install.

 

I called this morning to inquire about an e-mail and a woman said I should be getting one next week when they ship it out.

 

I don't like the fact that I asked for an email with the details and an invoice and I got nothing after being told it would be sent. To me it's not good customer service. Yes, we got 20% but look how many of us ordered and this was not by any means a 'cheap' buy. Sergio, if you are out there, do your job homie.

Oh and I just checked my tracking. Mine are about 45 mins away from me!!! I think they deliver as early as 8am. I hope I don't miss them. I have to pick up a rescue at 9....
