I'm looking into getting a front bumper and I like the style of All Pro's bumper. What's your guys' opinions about them?

Also, if you have it on your Tacoma, pics would be nice.

Pretty good, especially if you have the sliders and rear to go with it. If i had it tho, it would bug knowing I have a spot for a winch but no winch ;)

Thanks, I'm thinking about getting the rear and the sliders, later and maybe a winch if I ever find that I will need it. That's one of the reasons why I want to get the bumper.

Have you ever thought about putting filler plates in?

I had filler panels on the topside on the original install
But after installing a 1" BL...
I realized I didn't really care about what other people think...
'cause for me... it's more about function then form.
Leaving things open means easier access to things I may need reach.

Besides... I refuse to add the extra weight of panels
or give mud a place to rest for the free ride back to muh driveway.

Here's a few pictures of the initial install...
the bumper is in its original configuration. (notice the shorter hoop)
I also utilized the original tupperware as a upper filler panel...

To me the only downside to the AllPro bumper is the requirement to use their IFS skidplate. Other aftermarket skidplates won't work with their bumper, unless you fab your own. Otherwise it's not a bad bumper.

But I chose Trail Gear for mine. ;)

I didnt know that. Thanks for the info. I was either planning on getting the All Pro ifs skid or building my own.

The only complaint about my allpro bumper was the aproach angle because of the winch mount. I decided I would be better served not getting a winch and cutting that part out. I also dont have the side hoops because I didn't think they would clear the front glass.

Which glass are you running, I've got the 3.5s and the side hoops clear but only by around 1/4 inch each side
