I have a pretty weak update but im excited about it too.
Got the gray wire mod done... lol. Works really good so far. The locker engaging sounds pretty weird tho, it pops or snaps. I guess I never used it much to notice the engage sound.
I also ordered a pair of the rear window pivots for myself and a non member, from redrum. Thanks for the deal JJ.

Wish I had some pics to add to my build but havent had time or any great opportunites besides a few poser pics that arent worthy, not yet anyways.

My next move is probably tires. I want 285's but then again I dont need em since my wheeling is mild and rare. Any advice? Would they cause too much of a headache that I should just stick with 265/75? And I bet if i did go 285 then I would want armor too.. maybe im just stuck in the 265 boat...

Everything I have read favors the 265. Better MPG, less rub and overall less hassle for only a roughly .5" increase. But many others will disagree. Go with what you like.

Well I have an update that I really wasnt planning on or intending to do. But after a semi-intentional encounter with a turkey, I decided to go aftermarket instead of stock replacment for just a few extra pennies ( I certainly COULD have lived with damage but...)

Damage done. I think I was lucky with the spot of impact, although I have seen less damage done to other vehicles

I am going to get another LF 140 mounted up in the middle that should add to the output well. I always wanted extra lights and this minor accident was the perfect excuse. These 140mm lights are 5.5'' compared to the 170's 6.6'' diameter. I wanted something over 6'' initially but now that I am getting a 3rd 140, I'd rather have 3 lights than 2. Going to buy some extra lens sets hoping to dial in on a happy medium combining their wide and spot lens patterns. Ill post up some pics showing the difference between having 2 and 3 (with diff lenses) lights up front after this gets all mounted up in about a month. And hopefully OFF road for a change!
