    I'm falling in love. But I'm trying really hard not to. A victim of neglect, the case took a year - and for that year she's been secluded - but now she is free. Scared of the world and full of mistrust, she will have no where to go after two weeks. I've been visiting with her every day and trying to show her that the outside world is not such a horrible place. Bitter, confused and terrified, I gave her a blanket of mine to comfort her. I hope she sleeps with it and feels peace enter her soul.

    On the last four night rights, I've seen two different foxes and damn near nailed two different skunks, critters are active now. Last nite was a reddish fox, he was coming towards me, I stopped my bike and we were just checking each other out from like 50 ft away, for like 30 seconds, pretty damn cool.

    There's a whole bunch of foxes, raccoons, skunks, coyotes and deer I see driving through my neighborhood on the way to work. Foxes are always cool to see running around in the morning.
