I put new tires on it too, went with the bridgestone dueler a/t's. I should update my sig with the new tires so people don't think I'm the typical poor 1st gen'er runnin around on generic telstar tires

I went to tech school in Keesler at the 338th. It was pretty nice but I imagine your in the prior service dorms. But man, ATC that shit has to be pretty stressful. Lots of dots :goingcrazy: EVERYWHERE!

I'm trying to chunk the duece to Tinker as soon as possible but they have me by the ballz. :ballchain: The new 40/45 mod has all the computer and radar techs pretty much stuck here.

that 40/45 mod is a joke. Yeah helps the people in the back, but they are only as good as the plane itself. The 135's got rid of the TF33's years ago. ACC needs to update the aveonics' engines, put the rest on stand by, half of my flights I had to step to the spare when we launch. I had one flight, where I didn't have any write ups. One flight.

I don't have a lot of room to talk, I got "removed" from the career field after 70 flying hours because I butted heads with a senior wing safety guy. Fuck him.

Tinkers not to bad, its just some of the oklahoma's are fucking retarded. I pcsed from andrews a year and ahalf ago. That place was bad.

Yeah... tech school fucking hard. Got washed back twice in the radar approach control block. Finished that, took my FAA control tower operators written test Thursday. Passed! One month in our tower lab, then I'm done. I've heard from some its easy compaired to radar control, and some say its harder. I'm ready to leave. Fishings good here though, that's the only thing I'm going to miss

Yea I agree the jet needs to be overhauled. I honestly think a drone with the capability to send all information it receives to a ground based facility would be more practical. Wouldn't have such wear and tear on the systems and such.
I'd be down for a meet, not sure what the stock truck is capable of but I'd like to find out.

i'm pretty sure that that drone already exsist.... and is used, but there are certain places where a big white USAF jet can go where its not seen as a threat.... more of a show of force... anyway... dont want to get too deep on that one

well last time all we did was drive out to meer's for burgers and then to the top of some mountain (all on road) parked at a senic over look for pictures then left. but even if we did alittle bit of dirt driving, which is unlikley, yours would be a more capalble truck, seeing as most everyone else in here has these damn prerunner's that just look pretty Cough;ADAM;Cough

LOL, the funny part is that I'm pretty sure I have as much invested in my suspension as your truck is worth jkjk but looking pretty is my style. But yes we had a good time although I honestly was not that impressed with the burgers and I'm still mad at my self for not trying the beer. We sould start thinking of places we can meet now that way when you get back in Nov well have everything figured out.

hey, for all you guys on Tinker housing, do you know any loop holes or quicker ways to get into base housing? I got on the list today, but there are 128 people in front of me lol. I'm currently renting off base, but would save a lot of money moving on base. I only qualify for JNCO 2 bedroom, unless I adopt my mom and dad as dependents :D
