I have a 2012 manual 4-cyl base model and these past two days I have gone outside to my car and I have noticed a yellow fluid that is on the bottom of the left front wheel/tire and on the ground around that wheel. I only see the fluid on the outside of the wheel. The fluid does not feel oily and is odorless.

The first thing I thought was a dog keeps peeing on my wheel, but after searching the issue, is it possibly a brake fluid leak? If it is a leak, would it be covered under warranty? Also, I am extremely busy with work these next few weeks and if it is a brake fluid leak would it be bad for me to wait 3 weeks to go to the dealership? Thanks for everyone's help.

Bottom driver's side wheel/tire? The brake master cylinder goes is against your firewall there, pop your hood and check that first. See if the fluid level is low and check for leaks. If not, trace the brake line from behind you back wheel. If there is a leak, and fluid should have run down the line.

If it is brake fluid, do not continue to drive you truck. Any leak in the brake system is an outlet for pressure and could easily cause a failure or let air in. Also, be sure to clean it up completely. Brake fluid eats through paint rather quickly.

Just noticed you said it was only on the outside of your wheel. I'd check your brake system anyhow, but it's most likely not from your vehicle, unless it's spraying from between the spokes. If you have another person, pump the brakes while the other person looks for spray (with safety glasses on. Again, it is caustic). Could be a loose bleeder on the caliper.

Move the truck so another wheel is in the spot of the one leaking. If the spot appears again. It's a unicorn or something pissing on your tire. If it were brake fluid the paint would be gone on that rim.

Cat piss. My old nemesis. They use my truck tires as their boundary markers too. Wash it off ASAP! I let them keep doing it one time and I sometimes I back it in. They got confused about their territory boundary lines and moved the territorial boundary to the middle of the windshield. TWICE. Nasty smell. I've called animal control and they said to catch the cat and bring it to them. I've been using chemical warfare since then. Bleach, ammonia, vinegar, moth balls, cat away spray, cat repellent pellets, etc. I like cats, but this sucks.
