    Excellent. Erica has another drs appt next Monday, but I will be in the Azores for the week so I can't go. But we should be setting up the next ultrasound to find out the sex by the end of the month. Still hasn't quite hit me yet that we are having a kid though...

    No little lederhosen. We have told everyone to wait to buy us anything until after we know the sex. Me and Erica both aren't into the whole "unisex" crap that they make for kids anymore. From day one the kid will know what sex it is.

    She decided to buy me some book to help me out. Didn't help me out with feeling anything, just made me yell at her more for doing things she isn't supposed to. :notsure:

    This isn't the tv show "Dinosaurs" you idiot :D

    It's mostly based off these families that let their kids be who they want to be when they are younger. No, you don't let a boy talk you into buying him a barbie at the frickin store. I'm not homophobic by any means, but I don't want to have the pansy kid if it's a boy. I was raised bucking hay, moving pipe (notice I said moving and not laying?) at the farm and watching cows get slaughtered.

    My buddy has a similar view raising his daughter, she's 3 right now and he's heavy into "saturday mechanic"/"fix everything" sorta guy. He's raising her to know what tools and car parts are along with her toys.

    If it is a girl, I don't plan on teaching her mechanical stuff until 14-15. But whatever it is, they will know how to at least do the minor maintenance before they can have a vehicle.
