I ordered a Schoshe Dash Kit yesterday, and paid for it with no trouble at all.

However, today when I tried to order the Speaker mounts for my truck, paypal wont accept my card.

    What's the deal with that?

Sounds like an issue with Paypal not *********. I would verify your card info. I have that problems with iTunes sometimes.

Yeah I've tried it three times. I hope ********* doesn't get pissed off that i've ordered the same thing three times.

Then again, i'm sure they don't ship anything until they get paid.

yeah it did the same thing to me only once....dont worry, it shouldnt affect the order number (at least it didnt for me). I got my dash kit really fast by the way...good company thus far of my dealings with them.

I ordered the kit for the access cab. One of the mounts for the front 6x9 wasn't even drilled for the mounting pattern and all the bolts that came in the kit for the front are to short. I haven't got to the rear doors yet but with what I've read I'll be making a trip to the hardware store again. Not that impressed for the price paid. Personal opinion. Plus no phone # strictly by e-mail at their leisure.

Well I got to the rear doors today. Another trip to the fastner store for the longer course bolts. Also a trip to BEST BUY for another speaker harness. To be fair to ********* the package from Scosche for the second speaker harness was the same part #SHTA02B that was used in the front install yesterday, just a packaging error by Scosche. I called Scosche to see if they had a supplier in my area. They did not but offered to send me one at no cost express. I may take them up on it yet. I purchased another as I already had the rear doors apart and scattered all across the garage and didn't want to leave it that way for three days.

Long story short the complete Access cab kit by ********* is $103.95. Of this I used the front mounts, rear mounts, and one pair of speaker harnesses, 14 washers, and 8 small screws. I also had to drill the mounting holes on one of the front 6x9 mount plates as it wasn't done.

I had to re-buy all the mounting bolts, for $2.25 I might add, as they were either too short or the wrong thread. Either way I figure after buying another pair of speaker harness I ate $32.05 if they don't make it right. I live in TX so tax $8.19 plus $13 for shipping. If I ship the wrong speaker harnesses and 90% of the mounting bolts back for a partial refund I'm out that as well. Get real $20 for $5 of bolts, washers, and screws even if they were the right ones is crap!!!

I haven't recieved any replys from ********* as of yet.

Have to admit after all the crap that the finished job kicks ass and sounds great. I don't think a amp. or sub. is in my future yet? Thank again to Maverick 491 (Adam) for a great speaker install write-up as it helped a lot.
