    Sidenote, does anyone know a good/cheap differentials/gears shop? Front needs a rebuild..

    Regear to 4.56 through ECGS. You would have to do front and rear though.

    Just make sure you get it done by someone who knows what they're doing. Gears are hard to set up.

    I'm looking for one myself to regear to 4.56. Both Desert Rat and 4WheelParts want $400 a pig for labor. That's about $250 more per diff than I'm used to paying when I lived in Tucson. Considering buying 3rd members from ECGS but definitely want to know if you find a place.

    BTW, a co-worker had his Heep regeared at Desert Rat and he was happy with the work.

    Yeah i know.

    When my dads old f350 blew a ring gear, don chalmers replaced the gears. Then the whole diff blew apart as we left the dealer with the "fixed" truck. Lol
