Does anybody know if there is a difference between a leveling kit and a body lift?

A leveling kit will raise your front end with either spacers or coilovers to bring level with the rear end of your rig (suspension lift). A body lift is just as it sounds you place spacers between your cab/body and the frame.

Personally I'm not a fan of body lifts and would rather stick with a suspension lift.

    Are you looking to lift?

A leveling kit is also used for the rear, like the problematic saggy rear end of a 4runner, you use a coil spacer for the late models (89-?) or add a leafs for the early (84-88) to raise the rear to the level of the front of the vehicle.
