    Snowmobile. Sled is also used as slang for a snowmobile. I've never heard one called a snow machine before this thread.

    Lol yup, in Cali snow machine is no way perceived as snowmobile, it is what ski resorts use to make snow. Snowmobile is what we say, or at least i say, and everyone else i know in Cali

    my dads from wisconsin, and for the past 22 years of my life i havent stopped hearing him talk about his SNOWMOBILE/SLED. he has refrained from saying sled though, cuz out here in CA people think hes talking about the plastic saucers down hills. Him and hi buddies would ride to school in the winter. Wish i could do that shit. also that was when gas was like 40 cents a gallon
