    Unscrew 10mm bolt by gas pedal

    Take out change container

    Take out lower plastic and stop once you hear its out.

    Remove 2 screws in upper plastic, I didn't take pics, but they are just above the steering wheel.

    Pop out rings with a flat head screw driver, don't snap the rings!

    I don't think you have to remove lower? You can just pull rings off. at least I can?
