yea thats what I'm afraid of... I ended up clipping something this last trip but got lucky I think whatever it was just hit the frame, I got under there and didn't see any damage and no new damage to the side either.

I might be up for that. It is so local for me that it makes it hard to say no. I have to figure out where this vibration between 60 and 70 is coming from though. Thinking it may be a front wheel bearing. Going to open the CV boot I just replaced to make sure all the grease is still in there first.

Hey...I have N-Fab step tubes! They are a little bowed now though(and kinda loose). If they weren't on, I would have made it through easier I think.

How long has yours been bad? I am going upstate this weekend, 200 miles each way. I REALLY don't want to have to take her car. It is just a hum/vibe that I can feel in the gas pedal from 60 to 70.

Is that a normal thing to go out after running trails? Or is it from climbing the hills and stuff like that? Or just age? I'm new to the offroading world but I'm addicted.

I wouldn't call it normal after running a few trails. The front wheel bearings are known to go out on our trucks after awhile though. Just wear and tear. Muddy coal silty water surely doesn't help though. I have 105000 miles on the truck and this would be the first time I believe.

I know it needs some looking into and repair, but I'm not too worried since it's only at a certain speed. When I get time or when it becomes constant, I will start twisting some nuts and fix it.

How about a night trip to Shamokin? You can't get too lost up there no matter where you go. Just have to be careful of DEEP holes.

I have been wheeling a stock taco for 70k miles, on my 07, no issues with that here, and I have pushed my truck to the limit of what it can do.
