I can't say I'm impressed with the customer service either. I ordered mine 2 weeks ago. Gave them my card number, said it would be charged last week (maybe tuesday). I was due for a new debit card because mine expired on the last day of september (sunday), but figured I would be ok since they were going to run my card last week. I get a call monday saying they tried to run my card and it was expired, so I was like really?...no s***. So I gave them my updated card info and was told it would be run monday afternoon. I have been checking my account daily, and still no charge. Starting to get really frustrated. They have been good about calling me, don't get me wrong, but if you say you are gonna run my card on a certain day then do it. Why drag it out for almost a week now with no charge after I have been told twice when it would be done?

 

Just called to ask about an emailed receipt/tracking number and Sergio told me the email is sent when the items leave production. He also told me my order was still in production and should be shipped before Oct 19th. That's a LOOOONG wait considering I had my order in within the first 10 minutes and assume I couldn't have been too far down the list of first to order. I'm not worried about it at all, but seeing as some have already got there's and mine are still in production is a little weird.

 

Customer service one of the worst I have had to deal with but I guess it's worth it because of the great product were getting? Right?

Yea, I'll agree with the customer service. I don't think they're entirely huge on emailing until it's all ready to be shipped out. I email them repeatedly with no response. I had to call to ask any questions. They're nice on the phone though. I ordered my rears separately (a couple weeks after I ordered fronts) and asked over the phone for a receipt email. Still haven't got one. Waiting sucks but it's expected with such custom orders. If it was a simple one tone color with no embroidery I'd expect less time, but that's not what I ordered... sooooo i'll just have to wait. Expected wait time as of now: 3 weeks

 

I could be wrong but I think when u get piping, stitching, extra stuff like these it prob takes them longer or they might get the simpler designs out of the way to make the more complicated covers.

 

Even the delivery e-mail doesn't show info about the order. Just amount of "pieces" (boxes) with the tracking number. I ordered 2 different sets: 1 for my Tacoma and 1 for my gf's XRS. I'm assuming mine is being shipped when the amount of "pieces" is 1, since I ordered full-piping for the XRS. Again, I have no idea, as I wish the delivery e-mail showed the full description.

 

Well, I had good luck with Wet Okole, but having a hell of a time with Fed-Ex! My covers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, but never showed. The next day I get an email saying the "customer was not available". I must have missed the delivery by about 10 minutes, but had no idea I needed to sign for the package. So I called them up yesterday, but once the package is on a truck, there's apparently no way to get a message to the driver to leave it, change route or whatever...
That day (yesterday), the driver came by about 3 hours earlier than expected, so I missed the package again. I called Fed-Ex again, and now they are supposed to deliver it to a Fed-Ex store right down the road from my house and I have 5 business days to pick it up. Kind of frustrating, but just glad I'll get them soon!

Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else

 

Finally got my shipping notice yesterday (ordered early on 9/17). Supposed to be delivered Saturday. Are we required to sign for delivery? If so, I hope I'm around when they show up.

most frustrating stuff ever. i always have this problem with Fedex Home Delivery. regular Fedex Ground or UPS or USPS, or Ontrac, or DHL work ok, or at least as expected, but Home regularly drops the ball. i think they work like a Fedex franchise and use the name of the company but aren't really Fedex employees. the culture of a delivery service does not translate to these delivery mercinaries. i love to rant about Fedex Home. sorry if this is what is happening to you.

David from wet okole called me and said the last day to order was today. SO I bite the bullet!

 

I didn't get an email until I spoke to Sergio and he had to send the invoice email "a different way." I don't know if it's because of their system or what but trying to send it to me through their normal avenue didn't work. I believe he's the go-to guy.

To re-ask an earlier posted question, did those of you who already received your covers have to sign for the delivery?
