Hell no he won't...he will live in a big ass house for free and make tons of money for the rest of his life! He will also have a secure job without a worry of losing it. He will also never have to worry about going to the dr because he will always have health care. He will also have 30 days paid vacation a year plus just about every federal holiday off as well as recieve annual pay raises that reflect the cost of living of the economy he lives in, travel the world, and have free college. Probably the best decision he will ever make in his life!!! Way not to be Tyron Bigums!:D

Aww, Is that what you tell all your people your recruiting? Thats awesome! I think I would join too. Last time I checked people in the military don't get paid no WHERE NEAR what they should for the ultimate sacrifice they make. Does the military have its perks --- absolutely I am not bashing the military--- I am however saying that the bullshit lines you throw at people on a daily basis pisses me off. So I'll take my Mrs. Tyrone Bigums ass in my cardboard box, which is the same size as yours last time I checked, back to my measly ass civilian job to support my 2 kids. You can continue to ride your bullshit horse to where ever you please. Just remember one thing, my husband and I have a great life, a nice house, two nice trucks, and we didnt have to join the military to earn it. I have the utmost respect for people who join the military and serve our country, but it definitely isnt the only way to be succesful in life like you imply it is.

In other news, I've been lurking on expeditionportal looking for RTT gear and it looks like I'm buying ATO's old bed rack! I can't wait to pick it up. Will be the highlight of my mini-vacation.

I fail to see how any of what Linwood posted was a lie. Free housing, meals, pay raises, and education are all true. He only left out the part where you can get shot at, and are usually surrounded by thing that will kill you.
If a person goes into the military not realizing that, they are a fool.
I also don't see anything he posted as an attack on you. Did I miss something:confused:

Looking to paint the bottom of my truck the black on the frame and on my lift are fading. What should I use or what is the best to use? Nothing crazy I just want to clean it up under there.

I overheard Linwood speaking to another member on the forum in regards to his future at another members house at a meet one day. He said... See this (pointing to his house) THIS is what you get when you spend years in the military. A nice house, blah blah blah. I had to say something- I said I must live in a cardboard box then because I am not in the military right?? - It's bs because families, people or who ever can have nice things without being in the military. That's my point.
