    So i got bored yesterday.

    Bored enough to fix my bed :eek:
    I also tried a detailing technique I had read about on here for my mirrors. They're pretty worn out and the shines all gone. Basically looks like someone had taken steel wool and went to town.

    So I got a jar of jif and a toothbrush and tried it out.




    I have to say, it looks a lot better :eek:

    You could probably use a cooking oil/crisco just the same, that's essentially all you are doing with the peanut oil, and you avoid the peanut smell and clean up.
