    You need a Flag if you are driving off the paved road.
    And a park use permit for the Licensed plated vehicle that drives in to camp or play.

    Good catch, you dont need a permit if the licensed vehicle is towed in though. Which reminds me, Eric will need to stop with his truck and get an exemption so they dont bust him for not having a permit

    Every licensed vehicle on the premises must have a pass, even if you are not staying overnight. The only exception is if you used vehicle to tow another vehicle, you only need a pass for the vehicle doing the towing

    When you get there just stop at the ranger station with the truck still on the trailer and they will give you a pass. I couldnt find it on Glamis.org but here is a desert rangers thread on it
