Just got mine welded at weldtec for 220. Welds look awesome, and they painted all the bare metal for me at no charge! Also did it in two hours right when I dropped them off.

Glad I stayed away from these welding issues, some pictures of my bolt on. I'm ready for bumpers now.

I just held my sliders up to my truck last night and I don't like how they look. I will be selling my set of sliders for a double cab short bed with no kickout. If anyone wants a set on island Private message me.

I gotta say the welds suck...That was the only decent picture I could get out of the 8 connecting plates.

Thanks! Good penetration through the backside of the frame? I was working on my truck today and I noticed the person who welded mine on and painted the welds wasn't careful with the over spray and he sprayed over my rock lights! Gahhh!!

They did the same thing to mines with the paint and the next day I went under to recoat again.. Not consistent penetration...

Put my sliders to work today, saved my truck two fold. One they saved my doors (obvious), two, they kept me from rolling further with my suspension movement. My front right tire was going into a hole and the sliders kept my truck relatively level, and prevented further roll. I know this isnt the most hardcore wheeling on the site heh, but I was so stoked to use the sliders. Now I just need a little touch up paint heh heh
