    Yeah, dual cases really shouldn't be an issue but they had a prototype from marlin and I guess it howled pretty bad at 65 mph. That has been straightened out now though. haha

    They had steering issues at 65, but I guess it had to do with something being bad in they hydraulic setup that they are working on replacing as well. Other than those 2 things they had no issues at all with the UA. haha. They said for the whole trip they only had to use their winch twice.

    Flat Belly!! With plastic skids!:eek: haha It is that HDPE stuff that is supposed to be pretty tough and flexible. I believe their skids are 3/4" thick HDPE sheets.

    The guys that have been able to bend their budbuilts woulld simply destroy these things.

    that stuff has got to be heavier than steel. but i guess you can always melt it back together.

    They said the skids were 3 man lifts. Over 100lbs easy.

    Not sure how much slash abuse from rocks they can take but they said they were having a hard time cutting the stuff for the skids I guess. Plus the stuff is flexible so it wont dent in like steel does.

    I believe it! its the same stuff I used on the fence for my table saw. that stuff is slick as hell and just as heavy.

    Custom body work/damage ARB rear locker Bumpers Shocks Other parts Tires and Rims Air tank fully plumbed into truck "Golf ball mod"
    I have seen that stuff do awesome as skids! and if you build the right bracing, It can be way lighter that steel. That is def one my future mods

    Well they put skids over the fuel tank, the dual cases and the tranny. They also cut out the crossmembers and raised everything up so nothing hung lower than the frame.

    Yeah still. I mean protect the Tcases and SAS the front and the hell with the rest. Id put a heavier sheild under my gas tank but it's already dented in with the tank. i think i only have like a 15 gal. tank now. works fine for me.

    I never really payed attention. but from what i see yeah that are. i just don't care for them too much.
