    my rear window leaked when i got it replaced at a place called the "somethig something discounted as shit window replacement joint" but with alittle 3m windshield caulk no more leaking

    it was supposedly resealed a couple weeks ago after water was running down the inside of the windshield while at the car wash. I'm seriously considering complaining to the manager about it in an effort to get something as compensation. this is the second time I have to take it in because of water coming in, and I can't work without my truck.

    I dont think dealerships know how to much sealant it actually takes to seal a piece of solidary glass. When replacing my old ladies side window in her celica i used a whole tube of 3m windshield sealant and it didnt squeeze out like the factory window intitally

    Btw - mom and dad got their roof done. Somehow the ladder framing at the gable was broken which caused the plywood to crack and that's where the majority of the shingles had come loose too. There were lots of other problems uncovered too but the contractor fixed it up this time.

    Yes. One was broken, another loose, and the fascia was cracked. Looked like someone jumped on the edge of the roof and split the wood.
    The previous contractor apparently didn't own a saw either...the holes for the vents were made bt hammering the plywood into bits until there was a square-ish hole for the vent to fit into. Idiot.
