    last time they replaced the windshield it was about 6 hours before they called to say it was done, I believe they have to let it cure for a couple hours.
    I'm thinking something like winter maintenance and 3 or 4 oil changes.

    the new contractor replaced all of the broken boards (the trusses were intact thankfully) including the hammered out pieces and put all new sheathing on the entire roof.

    yikes is right. i don't know how this guy is in business if this is how all of his work is.
    the insurance is covering it all, i told mom to give them the contractors info and maybe they will go after him for some of hte cost.

    just talked to the manager at the dealership. told him about all the issues I've had with the glass work they've done and he basically said "that sucks, but we're not going to do anything for you".

    please do. I've lost over $1000 in wages because of glass issues. bought 2 new tacomas there, always had them serviced there, and spent ~$4000 above the cost of the vehicles and service at the dealership. not a happy camper.
