Sarge (sfcadams) can take first honors. I will need to pass, I just got laid off last week, got to trim the parts budget for a while.

That's Mr. SERGEANT FIRST CLASS retiree, lol..

    Get it straight Marine, lol...

But those hoods are not painted and don't have all the parts, i.e. the actual scoop insert, etc. Correct?

On a different note, where are you stationed in Arizona? At the Navy detachment outside Davis-Monthan?

That's good that your an army guy that actually cares about your rank. I thought it was the norm to refer to E-5 - E-7 as "Sarge". Lol. But no your right, they don't have the scoop and aren't painted. Which is why you need to just buy a new one for your pretty 2011. If the hood is a 2007 the paint won't match anyway, especially with the Arizona sun. Just let me take it and help ya out.

You guys are pretty funny. Just to be clear the an unpainted scooped hood cost about $450 pre-tax with the TW discount at Camelback Toyota.

My hood is not perfect, nor did I claim it to be. It does not have any dents, but has some scratches and rock chips. Its not brand new, nor do I intend to sell it for a brand new price. But, now that I realize how much demand there is for the sport hood, I may just dip it in gold and hang it in the garage.

(or take it to the desert and put holes in it...)
    :p
