Ordered some drinks a few months ago, recieved them about 3/4 full. Asked for the lady to fill them up please. She then says you can park and come inside and fill them yourself. I almost threw them at her but It was far my mom and dad. Swallowed my pride and went home.

Yesterday I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwhich for my dad with no pickles. I get home and decide to check it, I live about 2 minutes away. Guess what no chicken!! WTF. I went back and told the lady what I ordered and handed her the sandwhich. Without looking she says it doesn't come with pickles. I then reply look at my sandwhich. She exclaims theres no MEAT. To which I say Weird huh. It has a sticker on it that says double checked for accuracy.

For the first incidence I contacted corporate and let them deal with it. You have to give your name when you contact them along with your number. I have recieved 2 calls from them since then, they want me to report to them every now and again about customer service. I brought up a price for my work. We'll see what happens.

    Rant off.

I know how you feel. When traveling from Tucson to Flagstaff, I stop outside of PHX to grab a bite to eat at a McDonald's. Once, I placed my meal combo, I get to the cash register and tell the dude he did not ask me what I want to drink, so I told him I want a Sprite. The guy flips out and says "I already got your Coca Cola!"
Again, at the same McDonald's, I ordered two apple pies that I never got. I walk in the store and tell them I did not get my apple pies. He then turns and looks around for them and says "I'm sorry we are all out." I then ask for a refund, the guy says he cannot do that. He assumes I was trying to get 2 more apple pies. After arguing with him for a minute or two, the manager comes out and talks to me. The manager just gives me $5.00 gift certificate.
After these two incidents, I decided not to go back there.

I always try to go inside anyway if I can. Its just difficult to get good competent help these days. I have ran into this kind of behavior more and more lately. People just dont seem to give a shit anymore. At least if I am inside and they F up I am right their to orchestrate an embarrassing moment for all. Customer service is a thing of the past I think.

    They ALL fucking suck!!!!
The amount of ICE put into the cups when we order drinks should be a crime! I'd like some coke with my ice please!

I went to Wendys a few days ago, paid at the 1st window, went to the 2nd window to get my food where it was pretty much thrown at me..Coke dripping down the sides of ALL 3 cups, which I kindly asked them to wipe off. I grab a french fry to eat, and IT stone cold...Now im pissed.

I asked to speak to the manager, she comes to the window with a fucking attitude already... Im hold the FF's in my hand reaching out my Truck.. Asking her to "try these french fries" she says "NO" I say.."This is bull shit, I want you to EAT what you're trying to serve your customers" I threw 3 BIGGIE orders of fries at her, (they went EVERYWHERE) told her that I will never be back..and drove off. LOL

That movie was bogus. It's more a testament to over-eating than anything wrong with McDonalds.

I'm sure that she doesn't HAVE to try the fries, after all you had been holding them so could have done something to them. As for throwing the fries at her, what did that achieve, other than a momentary sense of satisfaction? Presumably you have been banned from this restaurant now? And you didn't get a refund/replacement? Really, that's not a good thing to do.

He definitely over-ate. He always ordered the highest calorie items, he always supersized, and he never drank low-calorie items (diet sodas or water). He packed in over 5000 caleries per day for 30 days with no exercise. It doesn't matter what you eat, if you pack in that much food, you're going to gain weight. If you ate their highest calorie food item, Double-Quarter Pounder with Cheese, three times per day, that's only 2200 calories. Also, none of the data or doctor's reports were scrutinized. We're just taking his word for it. As for his liver problems, it's possible it was either pre-existing or that it was because he went from a primarily vegitarian diet to a full on gut-busting McDonalds diet. It put his liver into shock.

I'm not justifying anything. That's how he ate. It's the equivalent of 38 hamburgers a day.
