16.5 inch wheel?

    alright so heres the dilemma. im wanting to run a 16.5 inch wheel and i found one i like. just a steel wheel for the winter. i have 8 inches of lift so im going to run 37's. my question here is i have the pro comp 6 inch and i added 2 inches but on pro comps website they say you have to run 18s? im running 17s right now why can t you run a 16.5 inch wheel? or can you and there just being stupid. if you cant what is the problem that stop you from doing it? it just confuses me because my truck came stock with 16 inch wheels what stops it now? or can i actually even run a 16 inch wheel?

    what 37s are you getting? im going to assume the hummer take offs since your going with a 16.5 inch wheel. if so i hate you, i want to do that so bad.

    im not worried about the tires yet ben i need to know if i can run that wheel or not lol

    You have access to a 16" wheel? Slap it on and see if it hits. If it doesn't, then I see no reason why a 16.5" won't.

    I think A wheel that size is needed for to clear the Tie-Rods.
