    How much is freight split Im assuming 30 ways? cant be more than $100 or so. I shipped over 300lbs of lift gear from florida to west texas for $120.00

    As long as they are polite. The only thing we have going for us is the large amount of orders that they would lose.

    I feel like any rude or disrespectful email at this point would be counter productive

    I guess what I am asking is how much would freight be for all the non 09 locks be to you . If paying a dollar or two gets it to me sooner Im happy to pay.

    It totally agree. You have put together a great deal for the group. I just can't believe P&L has dropped the ball so badly on this one.

    DGerm...I'll stick it out and wait for my 5300. It sucks that you have to deal with this because you did so well putting this deal together. So long as I continue to hear updates from you, I will not be worried about my money that you are holding.

    however...

    You may want to try out your negotiating skills and talk to PopNLock about covering the freight of a split order since they have pushed back the date so many times.

    You sold $3,000 in product for them. If they are unable to accommodate you, let them know there will be A LOT of unhappy people out there bashing their company name. This always works! Ask for a Supervisor or the Owner...do not just speak to the person that answers the phone. Email them a link to this thread. They are probably a small parts company with a fairly small staff. They would NOT want their company subjected to online bashing.

    Being a member of Thumpertalk.com (dirt bike forum with 225,000 members), I have seen companies go under because the online community outcast them.

    Not sure what you are in school for but negotiating is a key skill in the business world. This is a great time to try and leverage more out of a company that has put you in a tough spot.
