    I'm off to lie down in my misery & waste my evening in front of the tv watching some stupid show I have no interest in because I can't move my elbow and it hurts like someone is poking it with a hot stick really hard then twisting it ever so slightly to make it worse

    My wife used to work in an OR. My back went out a few years back, and she talked to one of the docs and he said he could give me a cortisone shot for it. We went to the hospital on a saturday and took the back stairs to the OR, waited in some kind of stock closet. The guy came in and gave me the cortisone shot. Very uncomfortable, but the next day my back was better, Haven't had a problem with it since. Nice to have a few docs as friends.
    Hope it is gone when you get up tomorrow Craig, doesn't sound very pleasant.
