all of a sudden i go to fill up and shits 4.65 for 87? ... SHELL CAN BLOW ME

sad thing is like suckers most of us are going to still have to buy it no matter the price and gas companies know that.

oh well... back to driving like a partially blind grandma again

just spent my first ever $90 dollars for a full tank of gas...holy jesus! That is the price my friend spends on his titan...I was wondering why EVERY gas station I went to around my area was more crowded than normal. The gas station at costco was ridiculous..I usually get gas there but I had to leave it was so crowded

Another reason NOT to live in Cali. My friend can't even afford to drive his truck anymore, he just bought a scooter.

And he'll never hear the end of it from me for owning a scooter.

do you guys think gas prices will drive people crazy enough to hold up a gas station? i was just thinking that there probably is someone crazy enough to do it and when it does maybe then there will be some damn regulations on price gouging and the whole paying out your ass if you use a credit card. shits ridiculous.

Guess I picked the wrong time to attach 600lbs of crap to my truck. Guess I picked the right time to take a job in NY and have the company pay for a rental car and gas. :D (btw, $4.03/gal where I'm at)

That bike is more like 40-45mpg when taking it easy. Sport bikes are a whole bunch of maintenance. This is 55 -60 and you still won't look dumb riding one.

Well I've been riding it for 2 years now and only time I get less than 55 is if I go over 90mph. If I keep it around 85 and below I'll get 50-55 easy even if I ride it really hard the entire tank. Baby it and keep it under 75 and I'll get 60+

Regardless, anything is better than the 17 I get in the truck.

Yeah I have no idea how, because I don't exactly ride it gentle by any means. I don't even think its rated to get mpgs that high, but somehow it does. Burns coolant though :/
