    Its apples to oranges. Racing the two i felt the raptor more had mid range. Off road wise its more tough to navigate the ford in tight spots but less likely to get stuck. Toyota is in my heart but after test driving the raptor it was one of those I just had to buy it. The thing rides like a cadillac on the road. Oh yea, I miss that 18 gal. tank vs. 36 gal. but I buy regular instead of supreme now which offsets a little.

    Awesome truck! I drove an F150 5.4L for several years, and it was very reliable. Enjoy it!

    I wanted a smaller truck. I love my Tacoma.

    I just looked it up, Ford Raptor has 411 horsepower, that's like comparing the Tacoma 4.0 to the 2.7, thats a lot of power for a out of the factory for a truck.

    ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
    Wow! hate to say it but you did the right thing! The raptor looks awesome. If you don't mind me asking what did they give you for the tacoma?
