As mentioned previously in this post, myself and 5 other guys were invited by BFG to attend Scoreville as a VIP guest. When we arrived we called our contact and he gave us VIP passes and free entry. We arrived at the BFG trailer, Bob Bower, an off roading legend, greeted us. He began talking about the Baja 1000. After about 30 minutes we went into the BFG trailer lounge area and they handed all 6 of us BFG backpack filled with magazines and a special book 1000 Miles to Glory. We spent about 45 minutes in the trailer as Bob explained BFG and how they not only supply tires but provide pit support to many low budget off road racers. Shortly after Frank De Angelo, another off roading legend and Baja 1000 course planner joined us, he also continued the conversation about BFG and the Baja 1000.

We left the trailer and made our way into the expo. We stopped at Scoreville and we met and talked with Ivan the Ironman Stewart and got his autograph. Then we met Sal Fish, the SCORE owner and planner of the Baja 1000. He gave all of us free tshirts and he walked us over to the Sheraton for free lunch along with Bob and Frank. Over lunch Sal Fish explained to us how the Baja 1000 course is laid out, how GPS makes it safer for racers and a lot of the obstacles they have to over come. After lunch we walked back into the expo, met a few more important off road guys and got more autographs. Overall it was an awesome day and way more than we ever expected!

I feel you brotha. I've had both my sons with me and pushing a double stroller by myself in the past. It's a little easier now that they're getting older. But you do what you gotta do. Either that or stay home and mope around.

I saw a silver 05+ straight axle LT truck in the parking lot. He had the best of both worlds.

Orw had gopro hero2's for $199 for anyone in the market. The icon 2012 Tacoma had their new lower arm skids with secondary shock mount....looks nice. Said it'll be on the market in a few weeks but didn't have a price handy. I'd post pics but this new update for my phone changed everything around and I'm re-learning it.
Be sure to check out the kibbetech Chevy across from the Toyota showcase...beautiful truck.
Matt, it was good to finally meet you. We'll have to down a pint sometime.
