For good on road in city and on highway you can pretty much take your pick from a majority of All Terrains. A lot of people like the BFG AT KOs, Hankook Dynapro ATM, Michelin ltx at2 or ms2, um, Silent Armors, Revo 2s, honestly there are tons. Just do some research and pick which one seems best for your application. Just remember to pick tread pattern off of it's very specific function that it has, not how cool it looks.

Goodyear DuraTrac. Any reason you aren't going with 265/75/16?

Another vote for Duratracs. Also I assume you meant 265/70/17 since you have a sport.

The tracks are limited to about 40 mph on dry pavement. Any faster and they overheat. Probably also killer on the steering rack at slow speeds.

On a serious note, go for a P-metric tire rather than LT. LT tires are 12-15 lb heavier per tire without any benefits over P-metric on pavement. Even the lowliest P-metric tire exceeds the axle weight rating of the Tacoma. P-metric would rule out tires like the BFG All-Terrain KO, Goodyear Duratrac and all the mud tires.
