    None yet. Thinking small lift.
Hey, congrats on the new vehicle. I just got one myself. 4banger, DC, Prerunner w/ SR5. I didn't have the Sat radio feature either and was rather disappointed as well. I ordered it and am waiting for it to come in. I've been researching the etune feature and haven't had much luck in trying to figure out how to get that. I do enjoy having the navigation and what not. Hopefully when the sat radio parts come in they can answer my questions.

Enjoy the truck. I know I'm enjoying mine right now.

    Will

Yeah, looking at both those right now. Just ordered some LEDs for DTRLs, map and dome, and 3d brake light. Went with red for map lights, saw some pics of that looked really good. Thinking about different skid plate too.

How do you like the touchscreen aside from the no-sat issues?

I am also planning to add a lift/tires sometime in the near future. I'm thinking about the OME full 3" lift, and I already bought LR UCAs. Tires will be another story...I'm trying to research as much as I can to see about keeping the stock OR wheels, add 1.25"-1.5" spacers behind them and go up to 285/75-16. Pretty sure that will clear everything (with minimal mod to the mudflaps if necessary), but I'm not 100% certain.

I also bought interior LEDs, as well as Pelley's light bar+KC HiLites 121. Can't wait to install that, but I'll be pretty busy the next few weeks. Will post pics once installed. Also got the Gorilla Guard wheel locks for when I have better tires, installed one, and it looks a little funny. Pretty sure I bought the correct ones (61631), but they just look different from Toyota stock lug nuts. However, I'll be ok with funny looks if it prevents $1500-$2000 worth of wheels and upgraded tires to walk away

I like it quite a bit. Overall response time is great, and it works really well with the bluetooth calling (dialing, navigating contacts, etc.). Seems a bit overkill for what options are actually available to the user (radio/bluetooth/aux only), but I don't mind. I've been streaming Pandora, or songs on my phone just fine. It only takes about 5 seconds to pair up with the phone once the truck is started.

Not sure which year they made the switch in the Taco, but the new steering wheel is stolen straight out of the 5th Gen 4Runner. I am not a fan of the new design because my fingers would always get caught in the lower corners during full rotations. That's one thing I missed when I traded my '05 Taco in for a '10 T4R TE, the steering wheel... well, that and my bed, and the driver's side "Oh Shit!" handle mounted on the forward door frame.

Other than the T4R steering wheel, I like the refreshed look of the new Tacos. Hope to have one in my driveway in the next week or so.

TDunc, LOVE the white! Super clean & classy. Congrats.

Over the past couple of weeks I've been working on a few new projects/mods.

    • Installation of Pelley's light bar with two 150W Kc HiLites - Installation went well enough, tights quarter around there so that's a little hard. But overall very please with the final product. I plan to get a couple more lights for the outter tabs, and not sure if I want to move the license plate. Chris was able to add some tabs for the plate, but until I get yelled at, I probably won't move it...
    • In progress - Installing a Bussmann Relay/fuse box (15303) that contains 5 micro relays, and 10 micro fuses. This will be used to provide power to my front KC lights, second set of lights in the front, bed lighting, and possibly under hood lighting. The fifth relay will provide an auxiliary source of ignition switched power inside the truck. I decided to run my own separate ignition switched source so I don't worry about overloading any stock circuits. Feel free to ask any questions about it...and I'll be sure to update this once all wiring is completed
    • Blue Sea fuse block under glove box - This contains 6 isolated fuse circuits that can be jumpered together. 4 circuits are connected to the auxiliary ignition switched source mentioned above, and 2 are constant 12V. One switched circuit is running up to the overhead console area which provides power for my homelink (see next point), radar detector, and possible GPS if I decide to hardwire it. Another circuit will provide switched power to my center gear shift console switches. I'd like to install BenWa's motor operated rear window, this will also provide power for that. I still have some cleaning up to do on this one, that will happen when I get all the other wiring buttoned up.
    • Homelink install - cut a hole in the roof liner, tapped in to my new circuit I created, and away I go. (The radar detector went basically same way. I used the hardwire kit that came with the Valentine1)
    • Center console switches - Got the inspiration from Jake/Hookedontronics to mount these switches here. Plenty of room underneath. Pretty easy, just outlined the switch housing and cut with dremmel. My only word of warning, there is a piece of plastic that extends further back from the shifter, so I had to make sure the switches would clear that and allow the console to go back on. The three switches currently installed will control 2 pair of front lights, and bed lighting once I get all that installed...all the wiring for switches is already done except for nighttime illumination. I was going to tap in to the A/C control wiring, but that harness has changed from the "Illuminated 4x4 switch" instructions, so I've got to do some more research on that one first.
    • LED Dome and Maps lights from CSJumper
    • Plasti-dip front Toyota emblem, and side/read badges
    • Finally, I also tried to do the 400W anytime inverter mod, but reversed it during my troubleshooting for the...
    • Prevent the truck from starting for 36 hours mod. this was a fun one that I do not suggest for anyone. Please see here for details. This prevented me from finishing out the relay box wiring, so that's yet to be done.
    • I also have Wet Okoles sitting in a box right next to the truck...those will go on soon
Pictures! (some are crappy quality, sorry about that)

I ordered mine from the Console Vault Website (here). At that time, there was a $10 off plus free shipping through them. Might still be active, if I find it, I'll let you know. But shop around, may be able to find a better deal somewhere else

Beautiful truck! can't wait to see this guy progress. I'm jealous of how many more mods you've done than I have and we both have '13s. I gotta step up my game. :)

I would take it in to a reputable tailor in your area and I bet you they could cut/stitch a little slit that allows for that for pretty cheap.

Called Wet Okole about the rear head rests, and within 5 business days I had a new set of head rest covers. Fit just as well as the other components, even has the hole precut for tilting lever.

I was also lucky enough to have my BAMF Sliders come in the mail today! Install was pretty damn easy with the help of jack stands and only took about 20-30 min for both sides. Unfortunately, that does not include the six holes I need drilled for the bottom bolts, but I'm not sure when that will get done. For now, I just have some awesome looking steps and really like the look/construction. I'll try to get some pictures during the day tomorrow, the night shots didn't turn out too well...
