You just have to siphon it from "unused" vehicles, thats all...
Should be plenty just all over the place.

My Tacoma is on fumes and it have a 5.7L motor, I have just been idling around lately, probably getting still over 30mpg, lol.

However I cant idle much longer, the needle is PEGGED! I am hoping the prices went down last night, but since its a 3 day weekend, well, I am not holding my breath!

Gonna be a painnful desert season.

My main issue is that my Desert tow vehicle is a 27' Winnebago Motorhome, sporting a 454 motor, when pulling the Jeep, 3 bikes, and water, food, fuel, etc.... the SOB gets around 6-7 mpg, holy fuck is right, lol. Soooo, that brings me to my current position, I am thinking about doing a motor swap into the Winnie. I have been looking for an older Diesel (international) Ford 7.3 turbo to replace the Chevy 7.4 gas.

Does anybody know where I can find one with a good trans behind it? Long shot , I know, couldnt hurt to try.

The reason for the swap is that I could potentially more than double the mileage, not so sure how long it would take to pay me back, but if I want to keep the RV for a few more years it most certainly wold be worth it..

My other option is to downsize and buy a Dodge Sprinter and convert it to a mini motorhome. However I think the cost is prohibitive for that deal...

So I think the solution it converting to Diesel, problem is that Desert season is pretty much here and I wont have time before hand to work it all out.....uuugh!! Son of a bitch! Help?

Did I say I would like to personally be responsible for handing out the punishment to whoever (surely a group of cronies somewhere) is behind this gas inflation BS...bunch of Fucking BS, especially when gas in the middle of the US that has to be trucked 100s of miles is cheaper than getting next door to the refineries!

This shits gotta stop and something needs to be done, I can get gas in Indiana for almost $1 CHEAPER!!!! WTF!!?

I don't think there's a difference, but you just missed a huge sale. Its a drive but well worth the prices. You could've scored a nice helmet and goggles for $40-50

Helmets are no different...and mechanix gloves are fine, they just want your hands covered for safety.

    Jaw protector??
By that I think you mean a Full-face helmet, the only way to go, open face helmets are a terrible idea, if I used open face helmets I would no longer have lips, eyelids and a nose, lol.

Just a heads up for people that might be driving out east on I-8 at midnight and later.

ill be closing down the freeway at dunbar for a CHP investigation and to attempt to fix some bridge decks.

there will be a detour that will take you to the 8 from tavern rd. via alpine blvd.

    that is all
