    False.

5gHz wifi connectivity, 4g LTE, thinner, lighter, a6 processor, better camera, lightning connector, better built in speakers, headphone jack on the bottom.

Look at it this way, Apple took one of the most popular phones on the market (their iPhone 4/s), and they made it better, they didn't drastically change it, it still looks like an iPhone. They made it thinner lighter and faster. So essentially one of the most popular phones on the market is now better.

You can tell me your Galaxy is so much better all day, but connectivity, flawless usability (for the most part, minus the maps), seamless integration, and actual function of my device, will all day every day trump specs on paper. Because i know in most functions iPhone is 10x's easier to use than any of its competitors.

This thread sucks. I'm sure the OP made his mind up already. They are both good phones, no complaints with my 5.

5GHz wifi connectivity, my Galaxy SII has that and I believe my SI did as well. 4G, have that too and had that on my SI. Is the lightning connector really an improvement? Now you have to buy new cables or adapters to use your old cables. Headphone jack on the bottom, is that really a big deal?

Apple is playing catch up. The iPhone is a smartphone with training wheels.

The "headphone jack at the bottom" comment made me think of this lol.

Not saying its revolutionary. Yes lightning is a huge improvement. Can your micro usb play music and charge at the same time?

Anyone that doesnt see that the Lightning isnt an upgrade has to be pretty dense.

Whatever. I'm done with the arguments. Samsung Galaxy sIII is a huge pile in my eyes. And don't try to convince me otherwise because 1. it wont work, and 2. I'm the biggest thick headed Apple fan boy of all time. So much so i decided to work for the company.

You know what, ill refine what i say. I don't hate the sIII, i hate Android with a giant passion. Minus Android, the sIII isn't too bad.

I actually dont hate samsung at all. (like most apple fan boys) i actually really like a lot of their products.

    Samsung.
I sat and compared the two before I upgraded.

I love Android and pretty much any thing that works around Microsoft or non-Apple products. Apple, out-of-the-box, does not play well with anything beside Apple (then you download all the Apps and hacks, etc, and it does...I know, I get that). My argument used to be Microsoft (or in this case Android) can work with everything, whereas Apple will not. But, now that Apple has flooded the technology market, my argument is very outdated and invalid.

I just prefer a system that I am used to, the out-of-the-box apps, software, attachments, etc work with more, and so on.

I am very technology illiterate though. This is probably why I get confused and frustrated with Apple...
