    Anyone running this size tire with Maxtrac spindles or any other type of spindle? Curious on how they look considering the spindles push the front tires out a little....

    That area looks like a lot of what we have up here.
    I'm going through dirt withdrawl.
    I been too busy with getting ready to move, moving, unpacking, cleaning & repairing things around the house to go play.
    The new house has a three car garage but we can only fit one vehicle in it now.

    That can be fun too. In March 4 of us hit some muddy trenches (2 on 285/75s 1 on 265/75s & me on 255/85s) and the 285s & 265s were sliding around while I cut right through the mud. Then 2 of us went across the highway to hit the snow in the mountains (the 285s slid of the trail & got stuck).

    Best I've got at the moment. Might also be the wheels I've got as well. The Wheelers steel wheels have a large outer lip to help with bead retention.

    And get rid of those rigid TPMS valve stems. Only concern with rock rings is issues balancing the tires. Not sure if that will be an issue, but this truck sees more highway then not and I don't mind dinging up some cheap wheels in the meantime.

    ya, I've heard of balancing issues... Rich welded some on his steelies on the Yeti... wonder if he had any balancing issues on those 16.5s.....

    I'll have to check out the wheels in person maybe and see how they'd look. I don't mine a little rash but I'd rather avoid breaking valve stems and stuff.
