    Cranked a triple plate (315) deadlift today man did it feel good. I was pretty stocked considering 15 weeks ago my max was 215.

    Been in PT for a couple months, working to stabilize the rotator cuff muscles.. I've seen some progress I guess, pushups are now tolerable. I have a few more sessions before my RX runs out.

    In the meantime I am sure to thoroughly warm up and take it easy for certain movements. I started w/ glucosamine as well in hopes it helps aid in relief.

    MRI said labrum/cuff were good to go, along with bicep tendon. Real frustrating to say the least! Going to start swimming to see if that helps recovery along. Seems only thing I can really do is ice/anti-inflams and be careful. :(

    Taking a light week after 4 heavy weeks. 50 push ups, 2 minute rest, then 15 push ups with a 45 plate on my back. 4 sets of 8 incline press 135 lbs, 1 minute rest, and then some dips and triceps. Feels good to be jacked! LOL!

    Fell down some rocks while wheeling yesterday. Messed up my hand pretty good. I guess cardio only for the rest of the week.

    Lol.....you look pretty thick too! Usually smaller guys look bigger with the same amount of muscle.
