    You are 100% right its an ignorant statesmen, but its also how it goes here and I've already been told by a hand full of people on this forum, as well as in the streets that my truck is 'rice' since its a Japanese truck.

    I've been building/racing Honda's since the 90's. Everything import is 'rice' in this state. I hate it and don't agree with the stupid 'ricer' comments. The way it goes if 'it isn't american, its rice'.

    I don't consider myself a ricer, yet I've had 11 second quarter mile honda's, track honda's, and show honda's. Yet EVERYONE calls me a ricer.

    It's not a mentality thing, its a stupid stereo type for import vehicles that are done up.

    I don't have any good pic's of my wife's civic on my phone and all my other pics of my Honda's are at home. :(

    Man you're hanging with weird people in AZ... the group of peeps I've grown up with/hang out with now pretty much only call rice... anything that is a useless performance-less mod that gives a false appearance that it is for performance. This would not include a spoiler on a 400hp built car, or even racing strips on a built and blown camaro... but a base v6 camaro with no mods and stripes... that'd be rice.

    Anyway, just how I've seen it been used more often than not. Hell my ex roomie had a ricer sunfire lol.
