    Health... Had some interesting labs come back as abnormal on my physical last year. Decided to quit drinking, lose weight on low fat diet, drop cholesterol, etc. lost 48 lbs and dropped cholesterol 127 points. Blood pressure went down nicely as well.

    Had another round of labs today, so hoping m levels are all normal...

    Arguing with a guy on a Jeep forum about gear oil.

    He says conventional, I have always used synthetic. When I ask him why, his only response is "because my sxle mfr said so". That's great and all, but why? And what is best for most diffs? He just keeps citing custom axle mfr sites, that give no reasoning.
