    Nice work. If you do not mind sharing what is the time frame for the 48lb loss? Also are you eating 5 or 6 meals a day?

    I started a serious weight redustion plan 8 weeks ago and have lost 32lb already. I do work out 6 days a week, most weeks, and I am currently up to 6 meals a day. I am finding it very hard to get completed everything I want to do and still fit in 6 meals. I usually only post during meal time now days. ;)

    Nice ride and I like the color.

    More speeding tickets in your future?

    Did it in 4 months while eating 5 small meals a day. All no fat / low fat and for workouts, I do Insanity or go on a walk / run with the dogs. :) I also have the goal of running Tough Mudder, so that gave me something to look forward to.

    I figured you were doing 5 or 6 meals a day to keep the fat burning process revved up.

    Well meal 2 is down now it is off to clean 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. Being a stay at home dad does have some chores associated with it. LOL

    Yeah, but it better than waiting at the dealership all day. When they offered me a free car for the day I asked if I could choose my own off the lot, like the Fiat 500 Abarth out front. They declined my request.
