FALL 2012 TRAIL RUN/CAMPING TRIP

Damn you and I are on the same page man! Thats what i was thinkin about doing friday night but being the OP it would be kinda messed up to have everyone do the trail run without me. If you could do that man that would be awesome! I think bigelow is the first to be filled with campers, especially up at the top where they get a good view of tucson

 

I am going to go up early too since ill be bringing my husky along. I am going to run rice peak with any 4X4's that want to join after we set up camp. So i can help save a spot. I have cones and rope

 

I'm going to take a ride up there this weekend on the bike and will look around for the best "group" camping area that would be big enough for all of us and our trucks. I'll try and get a GPS location and will let you know.

 

Nice i may just have to attempt that with you and claim that damn peak....PRERUNNER STYLE MUAHAHAHA

edit: oh and maybe i could score some legit crime scene tape and tape off our camp....lol

Id say 10am again since it was reasonable last time, and theres nothing wrong with meeting at the same Circle K in Oracle before heading up, the dirt lot is big enough for all of us

Didn't get up to Lemmon this weekend to scout spots, and I may not be able to before the meet. I may not even make the camping meet. Have a job offer pending in Vail, Colorado and if I take it I have to be up there the 2nd week of November, way too much stuff to do to prepare for the move.

I ran into some issues myself guys. I work midnights so my schedule is kinda wack. For whatever reason i dont have the 4th off, which therefore means i have to go into work saturday night to start my shift at midnight on Sunday It doesnt ruin the whole trip, it just means I cant camp saturday night, but on the other hand, I will be staying up there Friday night to secure a spot for the group Sorry if this totally changes things for you guys....im still in the process of reworking this trip

 

Hey man, Ill come up Friday night with ya! Yeah, I have some stuff planned in the next 3-4 weeks. Key words are king, Avid, TC, Wheelers, ETC. Since it might be a while before I can SAS something along the lines of front LT rear Expo might be in he works......
